We can advise clients on any issues relating to the administration of estates, from the initial stages of drafting a will to the extraction of a grant of probate or letters of administration be the deceased testate or intestate.
We have also advised Executors as to their statutory duties and rights and have seen instances where a death in a family can lead to squabbling among close relatives. In the event of such a situation arising, we can advise clients in a sympathetic manner as to the best course of action.
We also advise parties on how best to distribute their estate from a taxation viewpoint and the taxation consequences of certain distributions.
